State law blocks a public site
Can you see whether someone voted in Virginia?
Not online. Virginia bars publishing the list on the internet; candidates and committees only. Virginia does keep a record of who voted (4 years), and campaigns and parties use it, but the state does not allow a public website to publish it.
If you need your own record, your county election office can show you your registration and voting history.
