State law blocks a public site
Can you see whether someone voted in Maryland?
Not online. Maryland registered voters only, for electoral purposes. Maryland does keep a record of who voted (up to 10 elections), and campaigns and parties use it, but the state does not allow a public website to publish it.
If you need your own record, your county election office can show you your registration and voting history.
