State law blocks a public site
Can you see whether someone voted in Kentucky?
Not online. Released to non-political requesters only at the board’s discretion, under oath. Kentucky does keep a record of who voted (5 years), and campaigns and parties use it, but the state does not allow a public website to publish it.
If you need your own record, your county election office can show you your registration and voting history.
